This Data Submission Policy outlines the guidelines and requirements for submitting financial data, documents, and information to Cladfy's platform for processing, analysis, and scoring.
2. Acceptable Data Formats
We accept the following data formats for submission:
- Bank Statements: PDF, CSV, or Excel (.xlsx) format from supported banks
- Financial Documents: PDF format for invoices, receipts, and financial records
- Identity Documents: JPEG, PNG, or PDF format for ID documents
- Structured Data: JSON or CSV via API submissions
3. Data Quality Requirements
To ensure accurate analysis, submitted data must:
- Be authentic and unaltered original documents
- Be legible and complete (no missing pages or truncated data)
- Cover the required time period as specified by the service
- Belong to the individual or entity being assessed
4. Consent Requirements
Before submitting any data on behalf of a third party, you must:
- Obtain explicit written consent from the data subject
- Inform the data subject of the purpose of data processing
- Retain proof of consent for the duration of the business relationship
- Provide the data subject with a copy of this policy upon request
5. Data Processing
Upon submission, your data will be:
- Encrypted and stored securely in our cloud infrastructure
- Processed by our AI/ML models for the requested analysis
- Retained for the period specified in your service agreement
- Accessible only to authorized personnel and systems
6. Prohibited Submissions
You must not submit:
- Fraudulent, falsified, or altered documents
- Data without proper authorization or consent
- Malicious files, scripts, or executables
- Data that violates any applicable law or regulation
Submission of prohibited data may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
7. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of submitted data at any time by contacting our support team. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 business days.
Note that anonymized, aggregated data used for model training cannot be traced back to individual submissions and is not subject to deletion requests.
8. Liability
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of data submitted to our platform. Cladfy is not liable for any consequences arising from the submission of inaccurate, unauthorized, or fraudulent data.
